We warn you: this configure is so tasty, simple to make and it takes so little of your time that you might not consider worthwhile buying again from a shop. It goes exquisitely well simply spread over some toasts with or without butter, as a filling for a cake or on the side of a nice dessert. It does not contain preservatives, so it must eaten within 10 days. Enjoy it.

Directions
Put a small saucepan on a medium heat and add the berries, the sugar and the water.
Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. During this time, the sugar will start forming a syrup with the water and the berries will break slightly, releasing a lot of colour and flavour.
Lower the heat and let it reduce (without stirring) to half of its volume, for approximately 10 minutes. The confiture will get thicker in consistency and slightly darker in colour.
Personally we like to find the seeds of the berries in our confiture, if you prefer it seedless, just pass it through a sieve.
Keep it in the fridge and eat within 10 days, as it does not contain preservatives.
